Samsung has introduced its new Samsung Xcover E2370, a candybar format phone already saw in the Mobile World Congress earlier this year. It is aimed at a terminal who put the strength and simplicity to the many options offered by smartphones.

This allows basic terminal and receive calls and send text messages, but little else. Has connectivity GSM / EDGE, TFT display with a resolution (128 x 160 pixels), Bluetooth, FM radio and VGA camera. It also has a 5MB internal memory and MicroSD card slot up to 2GB.

This wondrous place was born in 1993, when Clyde decided to sculpt a giant iron bird, and hang it from one of the trees in his backyard. A curious neighbor asked him how he got his hands on something like that and the first thing that came into Clyde’s mind was “I dug it out of the nearby marsh where it inhabited the swamp during the Iron Age.” And That’s how his yard earned the name of Jurustic Park.

Clyde calls himself an amateur paleontologist who excavates and recreates the now extinct creatures that inhabited the large McMillan Marsh, near Marshfield, Winsconsin, during the Iron Age. he explains that these mysterious metal creatures went extinct during the 19th century, when farming and industry moved into the area. Many were used as parts for various machinery, while others were destroyed by the acid rains caused by pollution.

After 17 years of work, Clyde Wynia has managed to decorate his yard with over 250 iron sculptures, from large dragons, to tiny mosquitoes. Whenever he feels the urge to recreate yet another metal creature, he just has some iron delivered to his Jurustic Park, and starts welding.

Over 15,000 people, from all around the United States, and 30 other different countries, visit Jurustic Park, every year, and although Clyde never sells his large metal sculptures, he donates his works to charitable auctions, evey year, and earns about $6,000 for various causes.

Sydney Airport, Australia--The world's largest and most luxurious passenger plane completed its first commercial flight Thursday, travelling from Singapore to Sydney. With 455 passengers and 30 crew aboard, including four pilots, the Singapore Airlines Airbus A380 took off from Changi Airport and landed seven hours later in the Australian city.The so-called superjumbo jet, filled with posh suites and double beds, runs on four Rolls Royce Trent 900 engines. Flight attendants passed around champagne to flyers, some of whom shelled out thousands of dollars to be part of the craft's maiden journey.

Seven storeys tall with wings big enough to hold 70 cars, the A380 replaces the Boeing 747 jumbo jet as the world's biggest passenger airline. It's capable of carrying 853 passengers if the plane was configured purely for economy class. However Singapore Airlines decided instead to provide 471 seats in three classes - 12 private suites, 60 business class seats, and 399 economy-class seats. The suites feature a leather upholstered seat, a table, a flat-screen television, laptop connections and a bed that folds up into the wall. Business class seats can be transformed into beds, while even the economy class spaces have more leg and knee room.

Steak and Mushroom Turnovers

12 cup cooked beef steak, cut into a small dice

14 cup cooked fresh buttom mushrooms, chopped finely

14 cup reconstituted dried wild mushrooms (I used black trumpet), chopped finely

1 large shallot, minced

2 large cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons fresh thyme

14 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes

1 tbsp butter

3 oz. chevre (goat cheese)

1 tbsp mushroom cooking liquid

Salt and pepper to taste

12 package (8 oz.) Athens phyllo dough, or your favorite brand

1 stick melted butter for phyllo dough

Directions

Melt butter on medium in a large skillet, add the garlic and shallot and stir often for a few minutes until the shallots and garlic are softened, but not browned. Add the chopped button and wild mushrooms, the steak, thyme and chili pepper flakes. Stir continually for a few minutes over medium heat until everything is fully incorporated and heated through. Remove from heat and set aside for several minutes to cool.

In a medium mixing bowl, mix the goat cheese and mushroom cooking liquid together until smooth and creamy. Add the cooled steak and mushroom mixture, combine thoroughly and taste for salt and pepper.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare 5 layers of phyllo dough with melted butter between each layer and cut the stack into two lengthwise. Put a very generous portion of steak and mushroom filling (figure on dividing the mix into eight) on the end of each dough strip, allowing a fold-over to make a square.
